9 years ago, my passion for fitness started.
I absolutely loved being able to disconnect from the world for an hour and do my own thing. After six months, I started seeing the first results, which sparked my interest immensely. I began delving into the science of building muscle mass, but I encountered a lot of conflicting information.
However, my passion for fitness and nutrition was strong enough that I knew I wanted to pursue it further. So, I decided to pursue a certification to become a Personal Trainer. I enjoyed doing this for several years in fitness gyms, but I felt a sense of longing for more freedom. That's why I transitioned to online coaching. Now, my goal is to utilize my 9 years of experience and knowledge to help others in their muscle-building journey.
