Why should i want online coaching?

The biggest advantage of online coaching is saving time.


As I described above, I find it peculiar that fitness is the only sport that everyone believes they can do on their own. However, all beginners make mistakes, and trust me, when I was a beginner, I made plenty of them too.


Think of me as a tool that utilizes my 9 years of experience and knowledge to spare you from making these mistakes, thus saving you a lot of time and helping you achieve serious results faster.


Nutrition


If you want to achieve serious results, nutrition is essential. As a beginner, you can get away with not optimizing your nutrition and still see results.


However, as you progress, it will become increasingly difficult, if not impossible. Nutrition doesn't have to be complicated, but you need to know the ins and outs. And that's where I come in to help you.

Training


Targeted training is crucial. Too many people engage in random exercises without really knowing why they are doing them. I will leverage my 9 years of fitness experience, along with the knowledge and diplomas I have gained during this time, to teach you everything that is essential for building muscle mass. This is a combination of personal experience and proven scientific principles – no room for broscience here.

MINDset


Ultimately, this is one of the most important factors. I can provide you with a training schedule and nutrition plan, but if they are not followed, no results will be achieved.


I will support you in making the right choices, but I will also assist you in maintaining a healthy balance between responsible choices and being able to enjoy. I believe that it's important to have a good balance between following the plan and still being able to enjoy life, and this is definitely achievable!

I don't want to have you blindly follow everything I recommend during online coaching. I want to make you aware of why you should make certain choices and why not. I will explain the benefits of specific exercises I recommend, why it's important to consume enough protein, and so on.


The ultimate goal is for you to be conscious of why you do or don't do certain things and ultimately be able to progress on your own."
